Talking with Erik, we created a dipping solution with the strain of “HyphaLink” mycorrhizae best suited for strawberries. This dipping solution proved to be highly beneficial for the growth, the bud set, the fruiting rate, and the overall health of the plants. Compared to un-dipped plants, the plants that received the mycorrhizal dip had better production all season, from June to October. For the last couple of years this turf gets only 9-0-4 and some gypsum to mitigate road salt issues. It’s not irrigated and I just applied some 9-0-4 on Saturday. I don’t think you can beat that. It’s amazing when you take soluble salt fertilizers out of the equation how much happier the grass and soil are, especially with the summer stress these islands endure. Could Organic Approach’s Finesse GVH product "kill two birds with one stone" by homogenizing both these products, and more, into one granule? Could Finesse GVH also alleviate some of the back breaking labor typically required with compost topdressing? Greetings of friendship sent to you this nice morning, after all the cold we've had, we are having very good results with your products. We like to put about five products together and make a blend: Nature’s Essence Fish Hydrolysate, plus a little each of Nature’s Essence SEP Seaweed extract, TeraVita LC-12 humate, TeraVita LC10+7 micronutrient humate chelates, and GroBiotix SAI biological inoculant. We use this when planting. It does not take much when the plant is still very small, approximately two tablespoons per plant, but when using foliar on established plants, it of course takes more product per plant. Now, when the plants start to bloom, we put your Cal-Sea-Hum Gypsum (with soluble humate, soluble seaweed, biological foods and inoculants) on the roots (approximately 100 pounds per acre). Bulba is also a good product for all root crops like potatoes, onions, carrots, red beets and so forth; as you know, we’ve been buying this every year for 10+ years, I’m sure. It does not take much, one pound goes far. Erik, it has been a pleasure working with you all these years. Still learning, but these are some of the items that are working well, not to mention your 5-2-4 fertilizer which we are very happy with. The use of TeraVita SP-85 in our water has made a tremendous difference, both for our wolves and for our volunteers. Prior to using the product, our wolves had difficulty shedding out the remnants of their winter coats, occasionally resulting in matted fur and discomfort. In addition, their water buckets, which remain outside with them at all times, were extremely difficult to clean due to intense and rapid algal growth. Within days of using the product, we found cleaning of the water buckets much easier, with a reduction in algal growth and an increase in overall water quality. After one full year of providing our wolves with the supplement, we noticed a significant difference in their fur. Most noticeably, in the spring, their excess fur shed with greater ease and their coats appeared fuller and healthier. Organic Approach really has a gold mine in what they are doing. We have used LCA +10, 303, and Flourish for our wheatgrass. We were having issues with synthetic products, then I tried the 303, and that was awesome. Now we use mycorrhizae products too. The 303 gives you the same results as 5-5-5, but won’t burn the plants.
